Hi, I’m Nermina. Originally from Bosnia, my family and I immigrated to Northeast Iowa and later moved to the stunning state of Georgia.
From a young age I learned the value of always being honest even when nobody was looking, showing respect and kindness to others no matter who they were, and always staying humble and serving others when they were in need.

Before beginning my real estate career, I obtained a degree in accounting and worked in the financial services and accounting industries for over 7 years; gaining priceless knowledge that sets me apart. Identifying clearly what is most important to my clients is the first step to truly guiding them. Whether it’s a new construction, land/farm, single family home, commercial or investment property it is my job to help clients understand complex contracts and identify crucial details that are an essential for a smart purchase or sale. With effective negotiation tactics I also give clients the edge they need in the current market, while always putting their wishes and interests first.

Providing exceptional service to clients in Suwanee, Dacula, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Duluth, Johns Creek and surrounding metro Atlanta communities, is what I pride myself on. By keeping up with real estate updates, new developments, zoning & planning laws, local and financial news I give my clients the tools to make the right decision for them.

Lastly, my family and I love exploring this beautiful state, searching for the best coffee shops, restaurants, parks, attractions, and adventures.
